We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Make sure your clothes allow you to move freely and comfortably, and choose shoes that provide good support and stability.

It depends on your fitness goals and schedule, but we generally recommend attending 2-3 small group sessions per week for optimal results. However, our trainers will work with you to create a plan that fits your individual needs and lifestyle.

While proper nutrition is important for achieving your fitness goals, we don't believe in "one-size-fits-all" diet plans. Our nutrition experts will work with you to create a personalized meal plan based on your individual needs and preferences, ensuring that you can achieve your goals while still enjoying the foods you love.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we allow our clients to cancel or reschedule their personal training sessions with 24 hours' notice. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your scheduled session.

Our online coaching services are personalized and customized to meet your individual needs and fitness goals. You'll work with one of our certified trainers to create a workout plan that fits your lifestyle, and you'll have ongoing support and guidance to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
